Maze...

Khrona sits in a chair, alone, awaiting his partner Kage to come into the office. There was... business to discuss.

I knock on the doot to Khrona's office. "Hey Khrona let me in"

Khrona looks at the door for a quick second and it opens on its own... Or what seems to be on its own. Khrona then stares at Maze with powerful eyes, and says with a strict voice, different than his normal, soft voice "Come."

I walk into the room and makes my own seat from air in front of Khrona's desk and I sat. I left Una at home knowing that this meeting was serious. "Khrona...what's up?"

Khrona stares at Maze with a face of utter seriousness... strength... and sanity. "Maze. There are a few things I must talk to you about... One being the Kishin Asura. Another being my temporary sanity. Another being the powers that have come unto me due to this sanity..." Khrona did not divert his gaze from Maze's eyes. As of right now, it should be literally impossible for Maze to look away... a side effect of Khrona's newfound power. Khrona did not... or would not blink.

I looked back at Khrona with equal seriousness in my face. "I know about Asura....He's been laying low as of late. I want to know about this...Other being." I crossed my arms looking straight at khrona's eyes

Khrona nodded "Well... You also may have noticed my absence, right? During my absence, I went into complete and utter insanity, and I may have... fucked up a few portals retrieving 1,000 souls for Asura... In my insanity, I thought Asura was my friend... Though that bullshit he pulled on me... Made me realize how I was much like him, and how I do not want to become him... Which led me to sanity."

I started coughing after hearing Khrona say he had gathered all those souls for Asura.".....Ummm well it's good to see your sane again. However now that Asura has all these souls I wounder what he has planned."

Khrona quirked a brow at Maze saying 'again' "Haha... I never was sane, Maze. Never was. This is a first, even for me... And I'm trying to master all of these new powers... It seems that since my mind is so focused now, I have exhibited a lot of psychic abilities... They're minor, but they are there all the same. It makes me wonder what other things lie within a sane state of mind... And what I've lost due to my sanity. I know I cannot be sane and-- My weapons. I bet I can't use them without my insanity. I haven't tried to use them yet, but without my insanity, our Soul Wavelengths will not be on the same length... Shit... I might have to go without them for a little while..." Khrona tapped his finger on the desk...

" I see...How are Misery and Despair. Are they going to be ok on there own and what about you? You three have been together for a while you sure your just going to be able to leave them behind?"

Khrona stopped tapping his finger "Well. Misery and Despair are fine... Now. It seems as though I have acquired this... Anti-Insanity wavelength. They fell into insanity just as I did, and I had to enforce my Anti-Insanity soul wavelength on them to bring them back to their wits. Other than that, they're fine. And I don't plan on leaving them behind... I just don't plan on using them. I don't think I can, either. Not while I'm sane. But my sanity will only be temporary, I know, and I have to teach someone this Anti-Insanity wavelength before it fades... That will be a difficult task within itself." Khrona sighs "But, it's the only way to defeat Asura, and I doubt that I can do it myself. Well, I can, but... He probably would not be destroyed for good unless hit by that Anti-Insanity wavelength."

I uncrossed my arms and leaned forward in my chair."So does this mean this student your going to teach will be the only person who can beat Asura?"

Khrona shook his head "I have taken everything into consideration. No one here below Sannin can actually beat Asura. Not alone, anyway. If someone has this wavelength, they still cannot beat him... But they can kill him. Big difference, you see. All I need to do is teach someone competent enough to learn this complex wavelength, get a team of advanced ninja/technicians together and... Boom, Asura's dead. Out of our hair. Perhaps we could get the witchlings in this, too, if we ask Zita... This isn't really Zita or her witch's problem, but we need all the help we can get, you know."

I smiled and chalked. "Ask Zita for help can't even remember the last time I asked her for help." I sigh. "Good times." I lean back in my chair and sighs. "Hopefully I can convince Zita to help. So then other then the fact you got to train some one in this new power of yours that's all for now. However for the time being Khrona stay away for Asura. Ok! We don't know you being around him now might do."

Khrona nodded "I have a strong feeling that his insanity will do nothing to me... This Anti-Insanity wavelength was strong enough for me to shatter one of Misery's attacks with just my bare hands... Though you are right, I should probably stay away. A precaution I took in advance, which is why I'm teaching this Anti-Insanity wavelength to someone." Khrona sighed "Well. I guess you and I are off, then, huh?" Khrona spread his wings.

I started to levitate out of my chair. "Alright then I'll go ask Zita for help while you train. See ya!" I warp away

Khrona nods "Indeed..." In a blur of blackness, Khrona was gone... a few seconds later, a huge explosion of wind destroyed the office. Always gotta blow it up. Always.
