Dont wanna get rusty...

*Kumi stands in a field, idly kicking grass, waiting for someone to spar with. She had mentioined a fight to Kaerei, and hoped she could come and spar with her, as Kumi has never fought Kaerei before. That and it looked like it would be kinda fun...*

*I stand on a tree branch* Mind if I watch?

An eerie wind picked up and the sound of croaking was heard. It got closer and closer... until suddenly, Kaerei had appeared from seemingly nowhere before Kumiko, crouched on the balls of her feet with her elbows rested on her thighs, overly long sleeves covering her hands entirely, as always. Kaerei peered up just a bit for one of her eyes to be seen from under her extremely large straw hat, and her piercing gaze was that of an insane, psychotic, homicidal woman. "Geko... It seems I'm a bit of a way away from the Black Swamp... Gekori. Guess it won't be such an advantage to me, hm...? Gekogekogeko..."

*"Maybe...maybe not. We will have to see about that, we will." Kumi spoke rather bluntly to the odd shaped figure before her, seeming as though she didnt notice at all the Kaerei had almost materialized in front of her. She looked at Kaerei with a rather firm gaze, not looking away from the wild eyes before her. "So would you like to start, or should I?"*

Kaerei looked down back to the ground, the overly large frog eyes on her hat gazing at Kumiko... "Gekogeko... We've already begun. Black Jump..." Kaerei's feet begin to slip into the ground, and the earth under her ripples as if it were liquid. Quickly, Kaerei is submerged under the earth, swimming through it and any other solid objects as if they were liquid as well. Kaerei focused on Kumiko's area, placing several Geko Geko bombs under her before swimming off to some unknown region of the land. Instantly, the bombs would give off great explosions. If Kumiko was still there, it would prove to be troublesome. Kaerei was a great evasive tactician and strategist... How would Kumiko deal with this?

*As soon as Kumi saw Kaerei start to meld into the earth, she placed her hands on the ground, waited a fraction of a second, and then jumped up out of the large puddle of water that had formed around her, and flipped into a distant tree. The water in the ground would lessen the explosion underground, and when it broke the surface of the ground, it would try to catch the shrapnel and wash it away from Kumi. The remaining water in the ground would spread out in search of Kaerei.*

Kaerei felt the presence of a liquid... Liquid. One of Kaerei's max mobility places. "Gekogeko... Liquid is able to be contaminated... With acid... and muck from the Black Swamp..." As the Liquid spread to Kaerei, she released some type of black sludge from her mouth that touched and engulfed the water. "Gekogeko... Perhaps with this I can expand a miniature Black Swamp here...? Perhaps... Instant Swamp." The mucky water began to expand. It burnt through the ground with its intense acids, and Kaerei tried to extend it in a way that it would consume the tree that Kumiko was on. Kaerei poked her head out of the ground, which rippled once again and she spat out a clearish greenish liquid very high up into the air...

*As some strange substance entered the water, it started to freeze, hoping to stop the spread of the acid-like substance. Kumi knew this would happen, thats why she said what she did in the beginning, and also why she made the water to freeze should it be contaminated before she left the ground. Thats why it took her a second before she jumped up to the tree. with the mucky swamp freezing over, Kumi hoped it would lessen Kaerei's mobility through the substance.*

Acid does not freeze quickly, and neither does swamp water, so it would be quite hard for it to freeze over quickly, if at all... Not only this, the liquid that Kaerei spat into the air earlier... This came down as a downpour of Acid Rain in the most literal sense. The acid rain would most likely burn through the freezing...ness of the ice if the acid in the water did not. Also, it would gradually burn through whatever was in the area... making it barren. Kaerei jumped out of the ground, solids able to touch her again she floated through the air by extending the flexible flaps on the waist of her skin tight pants. Her piercing eyes were still locked onto Kumiko, even from such a distance. "This acid rain... It will cause the swamp to spread..." Kaerei, of course, was naturally immune to acids and poisons of all kinds, so... yeah. Kumiko better get outta there fast.
